Claire McLeod Hill was born and raised in Southern Arkansas, but now calls Los Angeles home.

Classically trained in a variety of performance arts, Claire wrote, directed, acted, and produced her first theatrical show at the age of 8. Claire was accepted into the drama program at USC at the age of 16. She received her Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Anthropology from the University of Arkansas, and she is now a Graduate Student of Medieval History at the world-renowned University of Edinburgh focusing on Medieval European Fantasy.

As a proud mother of two beautiful children, Claire is very passionate about art & education being created of a higher standard and of greater accessibility. She believes that we have a deeply rooted lack of appreciation for the beauty of art & education and the spirit of celebration that should be shared between all people.

On the frontlines of the hostile landscape of academia and the “industry”, Claire is conducting important research on Ancient & Medieval antisemitism and how the world still feels the ramifications of this hatred today. She is also a fervent advocate for Jewish voices & lives and works to combat antisemiteism in all forms. With the foundation of TCC along with David Levy, we have set out to provide a vital union of leading Jewish and pro-Israel individuals of the entertainment industry and beyond. Claire hopes to continue her research and advocacy in every way possible.

As a junior partner of Tradition Pictures, Claire also enjoys working as a documentary producer, within Civilized Chaos and with other partners.

Claire firmly believes there is much more to life than going out and spending the night so entirely inebriated that you won’t even remember what band you saw or the memories you could have made. The lack of elevated events curated by passionate, and not primarily profit driven individuals, was at the core of Claire’s inspiration when founding Civilized Chaos. Since March of 2023, Claire has been working to create events and experiences for the best and brightest of human civilization. We have worked with countless other production companies, artist, and venues to make our magic a reality. Civilized Chaos is Female owned & operated and proudly pro-Israel.
